Chicago Council
Navy League of the United States
Chicago Council has received six numbered prints of the painting "Annapolis Memories"
by Dr. John W. Price.  The prints were donated to the Chicago Council by Mrs. Margery
Price and are being offered as a premium to supporters of the Chicago Council in order to
raise money to support our Sea Cadets and other youth programs.  Dr. Price created a
series of paintings called "The American Harbor Series" which depict landmarks and
structures of port cities superimposed on a nautical chart of that port.  All of the prints
have been signed by the artist and also Captain James A. Lovell, U.S. Navy (Retired), a
Naval Academy graduate and famous astronaut.
The prints are unmounted and will be rolled, placed in a shipping tube and shipped free
of charge. The size of the prints are 23-1/4" x 20-1/2."  They are signed and numbered
and there are 600 copies.  An authentication card will be enclosed to guarantee that the
autograph of Captain Lovell is authentic.

The prints will be offered as a premium for a donation of $400 or more to Chicago
Council, Navy League of the United States.  Donors will receive an acknowledgement of
their gift for tax purposes as we are a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.  Make checks
payable to NLUS-Chicago Council and mail to Ted Rock, 4016 Belle Aire Lane, Downers
Grove, IL  60515-1923.

If you are interested in obtaining one of these prints or if you have questions, contact
